Question and feedback rules version 1.1.0. Ratios are site-defined calculations with stated numerators, denominators, periods and coverage. Optional owner targets are not published benchmarks. Concern labels prompt investigation; they do not establish mismanagement, inadequate insurance, insolvency, or the condition of an asset.

Sources were checked October 30, 2026. STR/CoStar’s public glossary returned an access restriction during research; its definition was corroborated on CoStar’s accessible glossary mirror. The indexed STR STAR guide describes monthly running periods, but the exact weekly and monthly RGI cells could not be inspected; guidance therefore names the RevPAR Index and selected running period without assuming a tab, row or column shared by all templates. No source figures or labor/cost thresholds are imported. OTA links are verified generic homepages; controls and offer names can vary by website, device, account and country. No scraping or hotel-specific search URL is generated.
